Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator
· Develops and maintains company-branding campaign organization-wide, creates a resource catalog and style guide accessible to all employees including presentation, flyer, logo, and other advertising materials.
· Manages giveaway product stock with the use of an automated tracking software.
· Works with sales representatives in encouraging/facilitating successful relationships with customer partners by providing product content and publications that align with company initiatives.
· Gathers materials necessary to understand the project and competition in areas such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze materials to determine most effect communication technique
· Based on assessments, the marketing coordinator drafts and proposes communication campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
· Creates and coordinates multimedia projects, including design and production.
· Provides written content and digital design of advertising, promotional and educational material for internal and external audiences.
· Utilizes S.E.O. methods to evaluate the success of campaign and to improve traffic of multimedia productions.
· Identifies and defines objective of assigned market research projects; determines the best methods to use to meet the objectives.
· Compiles data related to competitors’ products, such as pricing, sales, marketing, distribution, etc.
· Forecasts and tracks industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data.
· Maintains communication with partner marketing groups to gain broad perspective of market and adapt innovative initiatives.
· Delivers reports and presentations of findings to management and/or executive leadership.
· Develops and maintains asset tracking policy for sales demonstration equipment.
· Schedules, coordinators and manages all aspects of sales and trade shows.
· Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements for the Marketing Coordinator
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field
· One to three years of related experience in writing and editing projections; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into easily understood language.
· Attention to details, organizational aptitude, and superior research/analytical skills necessary.
